Panelists from diverse backgrounds and experience levels will explore key challenges—financial barriers, training experiences, generational shifts, institute culture—and what supports meaningful participation, professional identity, and community.
The discussion will also address burnout, diversity, belonging, and the relevance of institutes in today’s practice, while highlighting practical ways to strengthen engagement across local and national organizations.
