Description: The Society Annual Business Meeting is only open to Society members and their guests. It will be held in person on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 2044 E. Evans Avenue, Denver, CO 80208 in the Joy Burns Center on the DU Campus. More information about parking and parking passes will be provided to registrants closer to the event.
The evening will start at 6:00 PM with a cash bar and mingling followed by dinner and the business meeting at 7:00 PM. Each dinner will come with a salad, dessert and coffee or tea.
Please choose from one of the following dinner options when registering:
Saffron Lemon Salmon (GS, DS)
Sweet potato, brussels sprouts, saffron lemon beurre blanc
Bistro Beef (GS)
Tellicherry rubbed with whole grain mustard cream, chimichurri potatoes,
Sweet Potato Flauta (Vegetarian)
Ancho coulis, avocado crema, asadero cheese, seasonal vegetables
Cost: The cost of each entrée (for both members and guests) is $67. When registering, you will be asked to list your (and your guest's) meal choice as well as any dietary restrictions you may have.
Discount for First-Time Members: First-time members who joined this past year (6/1/24 through present) will be sent a separate email sharing a discount code that can be used to register for a $35 entrée. We ask that you please pay the full fee for guests.
Register by May 26th: Registration is required and must be completed by May 26, 2025. This deadline is provided by the venue to ensure entrée availability.
This is a great time to update your profile on the website. To do so, log onto the website with your email address and password (if you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" under the log in button). Click 'View Profile' in the upper, right-hand corner and edit your information as needed. Save when finished.
Cancellation: There will be no refunds for cancellations after May 26, 2025.
