Description: The Society Annual Business Meeting is ONLY open to Society members and their guests. It will be held on Monday, June 5, 2023 (in person) at a new location: Wine Cellar in the Joy Burns Center on the DU Campus, located at 2044 E. Evans Avenue, Denver, CO 80208. More information about parking and parking passes will be provided to registrants closer to the event.
The evening will start at 6:00 PM with a cash bar and mingling followed by dinner and the business meeting at 7:00 PM. Each dinner will come with a salad, dessert and coffee or tea. You may choose from three dinner options as listed below:
Blackened Salmon (Dairy Sensitive)
sweet soy glaze, mango salsa, cilantro pistou, grilled asparagus, coconut rice
Bistro Beef (Gluten Sensitive)
port wine demi, onion confit, grilled asparagus, garlic mashed potatoes
Sweet Potato Flauta (Vegetarian)
ancho coulis, avocado crema, asadero cheese, seasonal vegetables
Cost: The cost of each entrée (member and guest) is $65. When registering, you will be asked to list your (and your guest's) meal choice of beef, salmon or vegetarian as well as any dietary restrictions related to your specific meal choice.
Discount for First-Time Members: First-time members who joined this past year (6/1/22 through present) have been sent a separate email sharing a discount code that can be used to register for a $30 entrée. We ask that you pay the full fee for guests.
Registration: Registration is required and the deadline to register is May 28, 2023. If inviting a guest, please include their information during registration.
Update Profile Information: Please update your member profile information on the website by May 20, 2023. To do so, log onto the website with your email address and password (if you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" under the log in button). Click 'View Profile' in the upper, right-hand corner and edit your information as needed. Save when finished.
