6:30 PM MT Chat and Connect 7:00 PM MT Meeting will begin Registration Required Virtual using Zoom
The Annual Business Meeting is ONLY open to Society members.
Please consider joining us at 6:30 PM for time to connect in a smaller setting! Upon entering the Zoom meeting at 6:30 PM, you will be 'virtually' placed into a breakout room where you can mingle with 5 or 6 attendees until the meeting begins. This is a great time to connect with other members or maybe meet one of the new members as well. Then, at 7:00 PM, we will all come back together to begin the annual meeting. If you cannot make it at 6:30 PM, we still ask that you join a few minutes early to begin the meeting promptly at 7:00 PM.
The registration deadline is June 4, 2021.
