Aging: The Good and Bad, the Inevitable and the Negotiable

Aging is inevitable. However, how we age is, in part, up to us.

Older age is associated with many changes, including psychological, socioeconomic, physical and psychiatric. We can modify some of the changes through lifestyle and behavior.

This webinar is a tour through these various domains, in which Dr. Boland will review the research on the changes associated with age. The focus will be on what we can and cannot influence, and the talk will end with some practical advice for aging well.

    Robert J. Boland, MD
Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff

    Date: Tuesday, July 27

Time: 2 to 3 pm CT

    Location: Virtual (Zoom)

    Registration fee: Free

CEUs: 1.0 contact/credit/clock hour for physicians, psychologists, social workers, licensed professional counselors, addictions professionals, licensed marriage and family therapists and registered nurses
